Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

 Pickups and deliveries occur only during business working days. We will advise you by email if there are any delays due to high volume.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout all dependant of weight of order.

Please contact us directly on [email protected] if you require quantities more than 10 so we can customize a deal with the correct shipping costs

We use GoSweetSpot shipping aggregator that provides us with the latest and best deals from various known shipping agents like FedEx, NZ Post, Post Haste and Castle Parcels. 

We will also advise you if we are having challenges related to your specific location and expected delays if necessary

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We are not able to send goods to PO Box address - can only be to physical addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will email you of the completed Order with tracking number when your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the agent.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tecnodata / Love Bottle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Tecnodata / Love Bottle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Add information on what countries you ship to outside your home country. 

Returns Policy

We accept returns on the following conditions:

  • Must be within 30 days of order
  • Unused in new condition
  • Returned all in original packaging

A request for return must be made by email or our contact page stating full reasons for return.

It is your responsibility (buyer) for the cost of shipping a return.

When the return is approved, we will advise exact address to send the return to.

Exchange of refunds will be processed after receiving the return and we will advise you by email when this has been completed.
